Chris & John – Delivery & Installation
Chris (left) and John (right) are the guys on the road delivering the hot tubs throughout Yorkshire.
John founded the business in 2005 but took on Chris in 2011 when another van was needed to cover demand.
Once you have booked in a delivery slot John and Chris will be the ones installing the hot tub in your back garden and giving you a run through of how it all works so you can make the most of your weekend.
Janet – Enquiries, Bookings & Customer Service
Janet looks after all enquiries and bookings as well as being the first port of call for any customer questions that come in via phone or email.
If you call us chances are the first person you’ll speak to will be Janet and she’ll be on hand to answer any questions that you may have about availability, hire requirements or to update you on an expected delivery time.
Joe – Service & Maintenance
Once a hot tub is returned from a hire period it goes through a rigorous cleaning procedure and that’s where Joe steps in.
Joe maintains our fleet of hot tubs ensuring they stay in tip top condition all year round.
We’ve invested heavily in industry leading cleaning equipment to make sure that our hot tubs are fully sanitised after each and every use.
